Where can I buy Kayo-tea in person?

Our retailers include Juniper farms (Rupert, Quebec), Wakefield general store (Wakefield, Quebec) and Marche Outaouais (Gatineau, Quebec).

Do you do returns/refunds?

We offer returns/refunds if there is an issue with the product. (things in tea that shouldn't be there, holes in bags, mold etc…) We do not issue refunds for having dissatisfaction with the flavor. If you have a “picky palate” we suggest sticking with something you're familiar with.

Are you certified Organic?

No we are currently not certified, although we have taken the steps in order to start the organic certification process.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

At this time we do not ship outside of Canada. Being an agricultural producer there are legalities that need to be met with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency as shipping agricultural products need to be heavily monitored to ensure proper pests and disease control as well as safety.

What do I do if I never received my order?

If you never received your order, please contact us at 819-208-6382 or kpw7000@gmail.com and we will make sure we get you your order.

Are your products peanut/nut free?

Our products are produced in a peanut/nut free facility. The type of nuts that grow on our farm are butternuts and hazelnuts however these nuts do not enter our drying/processing or storage facilities.

Do you sell Wholesale?

Do you offer order pick-up?

At this time we do not offer order pick-up.

Are your products vegan?

All of our products are made without animals.

Do you sell your tea in tea bags?

We sell our tea mainly loose leaf to reduce waste and our impact on the environment (infusers are the way to go!). For special requests we can make tea bags. If you would like to inquire about tea bags please contact us at 819-208-6382 or kpw7000@gmail.com.
