Traditionally used for:
- Colds, flus, reduce fever
- Strengthening the immune system
- Anxiety
- Alzheimer's, dementia
- Lowering blood pressure
- Promoting bone density, osteoporosis
Brewing instructions:
- 2 tsp of herb per cup of water
- Boiling water (200-212f/93-100C)
- Steep for 5-15 minutes
Contraindications/cautions: Not suitable for Infants. Avoid if pregnant. Should be avoided by individuals with hypertension.
