Taste: Slightly fruity, “forest like”,earthy, slightly sour
Origin: Turtle island (North America)

Traditionally used for:
- Coughs, colds, sore throat, bad breath, flus
- Joint pain
- excessive urination
- diabetes mellitus
Brewing instructions:
- 2 tsp of herb (or 5-10 leaves) per cup of water
- Boiling water (200-212f/93-100C)
- Steep for 3-10 minutes
Contraindications/cautions: Avoid if Pregnant or breastfeeding. Not recommended for children 5 and under. Consume in moderation (1 cup a day max) and not for extended periods of time.
Always consult a healthcare practitioner when consuming any new herb. Like all herb it is best to start with a little to make sure you are not intolerant.
