Traditionally used for:
- Colds, flus, Clearing mucus, asthma
- Gas, bloating, stomach pain, indigestion
- Soothing inflammation and irritated tissue. easing muscle and joint pain
- Defence against bacteria and viruses
- Strengthening the immune system; rich in antioxidants, vitamin c and minerals
Brewing instructions:
- 1-2 tsp of herb per cup of water
- Boiling water (200-212f/93-100C)
- Steep for 5-15 minutes
Contraindications/cautions: Avoid if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consume in moderation. Excessive consumption not recommended.
