Traditionally used for:

  • Colds, flus, Clearing mucus, asthma
  • Gas, bloating, stomach pain, indigestion
  • Soothing inflammation and irritated tissue. easing muscle and joint pain
  • Defence against bacteria and viruses
  • Strengthening the immune system; rich in antioxidants, vitamin c and minerals

 

Brewing instructions:

  • 1-2 tsp of herb per cup of water
  • Boiling water (200-212f/93-100C)
  • Steep for 5-15 minutes

Contraindications/cautions: Avoid if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consume in moderation. Excessive consumption not recommended.
