Traditionally used for:
- Insomnia, promote sleep, reduce anxiety, soothe nerves, reduce stress
- Easing menstrual cramps, digestive spasms, and intestinal pain.
- Supporting digestion, relieving bloating, colic, gas in babies
- Mild pain relief, fevers, general aches
Brewing instructions:
- 1 tsp of herb per cup of water
- Boiling water (200-212f/93-100C)
- Steep for 5-15 minutes
Contraindications/cautions: Avoid if pregnant or breastfeeding. Harvest only from uncontaminated sites.
